For Peak Skills we built on the aesthetic and creative direction of the previous film we made for Visier. In this film, the mountain is an abstraction of the various challenges faced by employees in a workforce. Peak Skills starts with them at the top (ie. already within the workforce), and then follows the various paths they can choose to further develop their skills and creative ambitions, and forge a path for their growth as professionals.
Good Bad Habits worked closely with the content team at Visier to create the visual narrative for this piece. For the design and animation production, we teamed up with 3D maestro Vivian Demaurex to bring the creative vision to life. For the music and sound design we worked with our long time collaborator Playdate Audio.
